Tim is currently a Partner at Craft, a Strategic User Experience Design and Research firm. With decades of leadership in the UX design industry, he brings deep experience in defining the research, design, and development phases of user experience engagements for clients across multiple verticals. He has worked extensively with different engagement models and project delivery methodologies throughout each step of the design process. Prior to joining Craft, Tim partnered in another UX firm, Intuitive Company, a full-service UX studio that EY purchased in 2015.
