Priyashmita Guha is Director, DLAI (Digital Lenders Association of India), India’s only trade body for Digital Lenders. Priyashmita manages the entire operations starting from membership acquisition, member outreach plan, event management, research, and overall operations of the trade body. She has been instrumental in ensuring the steady growth of the organization since its inception. Prior to joining DLAI, Priyashmita headed the Software Adoption Initiative at iSPIRT. She has occupied senior positions at Times Business Solutions, CareerBuilder, and Monster India and has always been part of the digital start-up eco-system.

She has also started a startup with her mother and a friend called Deraj, which sells unique single-piece items for people for their wardrobe and home.
