Rahul brings over 40 years of experience in policy execution. As Indian Administrative Services officer, he has held various key positions in the state and central governments and public sector units executing and devising policies as well as establishing operating systems for implementation.
Rahul also has graduate degrees in Science and Law, and a post-graduate degree in Development Administration.
